It’s official: We can play Amazon Luna games at 720p

Amazon Luna has finally added a much desired streaming option which is perfect for those with inconsistent or bad internet speeds. The video game service was originally only allowed gamers to play the game at 1080p with 60fps which is great if you have a good internet connection.  However, those without a strong connection have a lot of trouble with video game streaming services.

The company has been working on bringing 4K support to the service which would only appeal to those with a powerful and consistent internet connection. Due to popular demand, Amazon Luna has announced that they’re adding the option to lower the resolution as well.

Posted to Twitter, the company announced that players can lower the resolution in the settings. Users can find the option in the Audio & Video Quality section. This is a great option for those on an inconsistent internet connection and those on a limited data plan.
