Far Cry 6 Review

Far Cry 6 is one of the latest games from Ubisoft and certainly the latest Far Cry iteration. The game has been incredibly successful and the fact that we have Giancarlo Esposito playing the main villain Anton Castillo certainly has a lot of interesting ideas brought into the mix. The cool thing with Far Cry 6 is that it brings us in the role of Dani, and we are doing our best to help the rebellion fight against Castillo. However, his forces are spread all over the game world, and we really need to do everything we can in order to harness the locals and rally them against the enemy.

There are many things in Far Cry 6 on Amazon Luna that are similar to the other titles in the series. The gameplay is similar, since we get to explore a massive world, complete objectives and also have a massive open world spread over multiple islands. On top of that, you can fully customize the weapons too, which is quite an interesting feat for the game and one of those things that truly stands out more than you might expect.

They did include some interesting, new weapons in the form of Supremos, which can help generate a lot of damage to the enemies. On top of that, within Far Cry 6 you also have a rank level system that shows the level in a specific region. What that means is that the higher the level you have, the more challenging the situation becomes, and that’s certainly a thing to keep in mind. Those forces will be a lot better equipped and locations get fortified too. This is something you have to consider when attacking enemies, as it can become increasingly difficult in a situation like this.

You will encounter multiple guerilla bases in the game, and each one can be constructed and upgraded. This is great because you have all kinds of benefits and resources. It totally adds to the experience and gameplay, thus making everything a lot more fun and enjoyable all the time. Being able to recruit all kinds of NPCs is also cool, especially when you have all kinds of animals here. And yes, each one of them comes with perks and abilities that help you enhance your gameplay and take it to the next level. It’s fun how it all adds together and it generates a very intense, immersive and enjoyable experience for everyone to enjoy.

At the end of the day, Far Cry 6 is a lot of fun, it looks amazing and it also has a great soundtrack. The game world is huge, and the title itself has a vast range of incredible mechanics that keep you entertained. While the location is quite different, the truth is that Far Cry 6 does bring in quite a lot of the same old mechanics, with some new ones to boot. And that’s the thing that truly makes it special and stand out, because it’s something very nice and exciting to try out. You definitely have to give it a try especially if you love open world games.
