Nowadays we are constantly searching for exciting new games to soothe our senses. Usually, it is not the most graphically advanced games with heroic characters and a deep story that offer the most riveting experience. Often the best gaming experience is derived from easy to play games that never allow you to dwell in boredom. Lumines Remastered is such a game that offers the exhilaration of a puzzle-based format and the appealing visuals of 3D graphics.
Gameplay
Lumines Remastered is not a new game, rather as its name suggests, it’s a refreshed new version of the original puzzle game that was released in 2004 on the PSP platform. The game is very simple and easy to understand. You are faced with an incredible challenge that is to keep the playing field clear of as many blocks as you can in the given time. If you have played the legendary game Tetris, you can master Lumines pretty quickly. However, there is a twist to Lumines that takes it a step above Tetris.
The blocks that drop down from the top in Lumines Remastered are sometimes color-coded, which means when the right colors match only then will the block burst into smithereens. You have the chance to smash high-scores, beat the time clock, and compete against your friends in multiplayer.
Graphics
The Lumines Remastered game has been given a new look with a fresh new 3d look along with new game modes and attractive new color schemes. There is not much in terms of graphics in a block-puzzle game. However, Lumines becomes interesting with the use of cute animations and colors almost everywhere on the playing screen.
